Built in 1965, this 3,200 square foot Anastasia Island home was in need of an update. A.D. Davis renovated the house by opening the living space, modernizing the kitchen, adding a laundry room, and creating a mud room. Walls were taken down to open the space between the kitchen, family room, dining room and game room. All cabinets in the home were replaced with custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Beautiful rustic barn doors were hung between the living room and game room for a more dramatic transition. The back porch was painted and updated with a tongue and groove ceiling to complete the look. This large space is now perfect for entertaining.
