• 12,000 square foot renovation of 8 classrooms
  • Addition of 2,000 square foot kindergarten building

While Cathedral Parish School was out for summer break, A.D. Davis Construction completed a total renovation of eight classrooms and built a new 2,000 square foot kindergarten building in only 41 days in St. Augustine’s historic district.

The classrooms, originally built in 1960, were renovated top to bottom including installation of new drywall, new ceilings, lighting, cabinetry, flooring, classroom doors and upgrades to the existing ductwork and HVAC to more energy efficient, quieter units. The classrooms and hallways got a fresh coat of paint and restrooms received new fixtures, flooring and paint. Campus safety also got a boost with a new school-wide fire alarm system.

This has been the best crew I’ve ever worked with. It was first class all the way and they had a very short turnaround time. The project had to start and be completed while our students were on summer break. They did it in just 41 days. A stellar job!
