In 2014, Solar Stik partnered with A. D. Davis to renovate 226 West King St. into their new corporate headquarters. The building was built in 1910. It is a two story 2,200 square foot building that had severe fire damage. The entire building was gutted to make way for new framing, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The building was upgraded to meet the new codes. A porch on the south side of the building was added the following year.
